The List Manager service (a listserve, or email marketing software) allows an agency to maintain lists of members who get notifications or emails for multiple reasons. Lists can be created for various subjects and projects. They are an easy way to keep participants updated and to brainstorm ideas. You can use the software to send an alert to a list of email addresses when a particular event occurs or to send information to anyone with an email address.
Using the List Manager service to send bulk email helps to protect the Enterprise Email environment from being blacklisted because of messages reported as spam. The List Manager service can include an unsubscribe option. List Manager is useful in group brainstorming.
Charges are accrued monthly and per membership. An email address that appears in multiple lists will be charged for each list on which it appears. All charges will appear monthly on the Enterprise Billing System (EBS).
