​​​​​DET manages the state’s information technology (IT) assets and uses technology to improve government efficiency and service delivery. In consultation with business and IT managers from state agencies and local government, the division develops strategies, policies and standards for cross-agency and multi-jurisdictional use of IT resources.

DET strives to provide our customers fast service with the highest quality possible to meet their business needs.

Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) provide an essential role by acting as liaisons between customers and the IT Enterprise. They ensure understanding and collaboration are prioritized and leveraged to overcome difficult technical challenges.
