Incident # 1843366 - Email Blacklisting Issues
SUMMARY:
At approximately 2:24pm, the Department of Administration (DOA) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) was notified by Department of Corrections (DOC) our email addresses are being blocked by Charter business accounts as spam. DOA technicians began troubleshooting and validating this report through Spam and Open-Relay Blocking System (SORBS).

Incident # 1842223 - Mainframe Issues
UPDATE:
DOA technicians report that due to multiple problems with orphaned DB2 connections following this morning’s events causing application issues for Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Workforce Development (DWD), the Mainframe Production LPARS PRD1, PRD2, and PRD3 will be restarted on Sunday, September 23 between 5 am and 8 am.  The systems will be re-started in the normal staggered manner, so that at least one production LPAR is available at any time.  Change number for this activity is 1843459.

SUMMARY:
At approximately 8:25am, the Department of Administration (DOA) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) was alerted to issues with logging in and accessing Mainframe applications.

Incident # 1665757 - Call Quality Issues
UPDATE:
We have not received any updates from AT&T.  We continue to escalate the lack of response and issue resolution.

SUMMARY:
At approximately 10:27am on 05/16, the Department of Administration (DOA) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) was contacted by Department of Transportation (DOT) stating they are experiencing very poor quality with our call centers and non-call center users, stating Enhanced and Basic profiles are impacted. Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) and Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) reported the same issues. DOT reported the issue cleared itself up at 10:15am.

Ticket # 1834903 - Call Center Anywhere Issue
UPDATE:
DOA technicians are planning to implement change #1839852 tonight to the gateway, which will upgrade the IOS.  The vendor continues to monitor the logs, however, nothing has been discovered in terms of a root cause for the memory issue.  DOA technicians will continue to monitor and will report in Monday’s update any impact we see from tonight’s change.

SUMMARY:
At approximately 11:00am, the Department of Administration (DOA) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) reported telephone lines were disconnected from Call Center Anywhere (CCA). Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) Department of Revenue (DOR) and Department of Transportation (DOT) also reported the problem. Connections appeared to have been restored, but reports are still coming in. DOA technicians are investigating root cause.
