​Welcome to the DOA Help Desk

 

Our experienced, knowledgeable staff are ready to help! All incidents are logged and tracked to ensure a quick turnaround. 

The DOA Help Desk can be reached by phone at (608) 267-6930 or by e-mail at DOAHelpdesk@wi.gov.

The DOA Help Desk is located on the 8th floor of the DOA building at 101 East Wilson, available from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, except State holidays.
