Under the Digital States criteria, Wisconsin reflects a state that demonstrated very strong innovation, high performing solutions with verifiable impacts across all categories. Excellent practices have been applied in all aspects of their operations, governance and administration. The State of Wisconsin also received 1st place for our Constituent Digital Experience, which the state’s digital services strategy engages constituents and businesses with solutions focused on continually improving services to the public.
