The Division of Enterprise Technology delivers strategic and critical IT thinking, IT purchasing support, policy insights, and standards necessary to ensure organizations across all levels of government, schools and libraries, and tribes can find, procure, and securely implement innovative technology.

The agency framework we have in place is flexible and addresses how decisions are made, who has the authority to make decisions, and how decisions are communicated.​​

The Enterprise IT Council provides a forum for communication and collaboration amongst the State of Wisconsin's Executive Branch IT Directors and their other key IT leadership.  Our goals include improving IT practices across the agencies; share priorities, key technology policies, and news; develop and enhance technology utilization within the State; and to serve as a sounding board and resource for large scale IT projects and discussion.
