The following State staff is authorized to purchase services/equipment and initiate/facilitate repair:

• All State Telecommunication Managers (Primary & Backup)
  
• Additional Staff as delegated by agencies.
  

All authorized staff should:

• Understand wireless voice (cellular) and data services and devices;
  
• Understand State contracts;
  
• Ensure matching of user needs to the most economical solution;
  
• Read, understand, and comply with the enterprise wireless policy;
  
• Have delegated authority from their Division Administrator or UW Campus Official per enterprise wireless policy;
  
• Be willing to defend their purchasing decisions in case of audit.
